Earlier in the year, my friend Dan sent me a video that he had made all about Scott McTominay. Towards the end of this short there was someone holding up a scarf which I had never seen before. It was a white scarf with alternating thicknesses and colours of stripes. I had a look on the internet and at some of the stalls at the Napoli match and couldn’t find one, so I decided to make a t-shirt with a similar stripe so that I could wear a version of that scarf whatever the weather.
The stripe pattern seems to make this t-shirt look like something that you bought from a sports shop on the Amalfi coast in the 1970s and I am absolutely fine with that. The t-shirt also has the TRiCKETT trademark pocket on the chest with the woven label sticking out of the side. The pockets are a little more central than other t-shirts as it just makes the pocket more useful. Just to make things even more exciting and to celebrate Napoli’s fourth scudetto, every t-shirt comes with an iron-on tricolore shield for you to place wherever you see fit.
This is a nod to those of us of a certain vintage who used to buy Italian football shirts from local sports shops and with the swing tags in the back of the neck there was a plastic pouch that had the target cup patch and scudetto shield in it. This was so that you could add the patches to your shirt should the team win the cup or league. Whether you want to put the shield on the t-shirt, add to an existing Napoli shirt or want to keep it in your scrap book, the patch is there for you to enjoy.
Each t-shirt is made from 100% cotton that is spun and knitted in Portugal by Filipe and the team. The fabric is SUPER soft and just seems to get better and better with age. The fit is what we would call ‘athletic’ – not slim, not loose, just the perfect fit for ordering a Negroni on your holidays. The neck is a little higher than your normal t-shirt with the neck in a matching blue rib.

All orders are packed by us in house and sent from our HQ here in Accrington. Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 12PM on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. All international orders are final, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
