Samples & Sale Items
As stated on the product page of each item, products bought from the Sale or sample sale are non-returnable or refundable. All sales are final, any defects or manufacturing issues are detailed on the product page. Items with (SAMPLE) or (FINAL SALE) next to the product name indicate that they are part of the sample sale and therefore not refundable or available for exchange.
Delivery & Returns
To start a return please download the aptly named ‘Returns Form’ which is available here. Please enclose it with whatever you are returning and then we know who we are speaking to and what to return. We will only return items if you have filled in a joke or drawn us a picture*.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT NOTES.
IF FOR ANY REASON AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US VIA DHL OR ROYAL MAIL DUE TO INCOMPLETE DELIVERY OR A REJECTION FROM THE CUSTOMER OF THE IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES/FEES A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN MINUS ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. Don’t worry you can keep the stickers and postcard, we are all friends here.
It is recommended that all returns are sent by recorded delivery: customers are liable for the loss of returned garments in transit, sorry.
Garments returned in any condition other than the original, particularly when worn by the customer, will not be taken back. No buying a shirt, liberally applying fragrance, wearing it for a night out, spilling curry down it and then sending it back. That’s just not cricket.
For obvious hygiene reasons we cannot refund socks or underwear for any reason other than a manufacturing fault… because you know… ewww.
If all of the above conditions are fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to the customer to the account used for purchase within ten working days of the item(s) being returned. This refund will exclude the costs of returning the garments, which shall be borne by the customer.
Postage
All packaging is made from recycled and renewable resources, for further information on our packaging and recycling policy feel free to send us an email for a chat.
All domestic (UK) orders with a value of £75 or more qualify for free 48 hour tracked postage. Just because we like you.
If you are local to Accrington, you can pop into the post office in Accrington to pick up your parcel. Please wait for a dispatch confirmation before hopping to the Crown pub. The address is below and should you need anything drop us an email and we can sort it, the lovely people at the pub are great at pulling pints, not answering questions about how your sweatshirt fits.

All orders orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL.
Next Working Day is Monday – Friday only. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Inventory
When placing their order, customers will be informed about the availability of the products they wish to purchase. For any enquiries regarding the availability of anything else for that matter, customers may email ey.up@trickett-england.co.uk.
In circumstances when items are unavailable after they have been ordered, the customer shall by informed by email as soon as possible.
Photographs of products are as accurate — shape, detail, and colour-wise — as possible. Of course, screen colours and resolutions vary, and as such, photographs are of no contractual value. Customers are therefore advised to closely read the descriptions of the product, and, if they have any doubts about anything, to send an email to the above.
Pricing and descriptions may be changed at any point without prior notice being given.
Security
Payment can be made with a credit or debit card, or with a PayPal account.
Payments are securely processed by PayPal. TRiCKETT does not hold any credit card information; we take only customer name, email address, and delivery address. This helps with monitoring, and keeping customers updated about, the progress of orders.
Any information collected will be used solely for the purposes expressed at the time they are provided. Information will not be sold, traded or rented, nor shared with third-parties. If changes are made to the privacy policy, they will be immediately posted above.
