As a small independent business, returns can be costly for both us and the customer so we spend a lot of time on product development, size charts and getting our images nice and crisp to minimise the number of returns we receive. Of course, we understand that sometimes returning an item is necessary and we offer exchanges and credit notes alongside full refunds. If you click HERE it will take you to the returns form and from there you have all the info you need. If you don’t have a printer, just write all the info on a piece of paper and pop it in the package with your order.

You have 14 days from delivery to get the package back to us to qualify for an exchange or refund. If you would like a credit note, you have up to 28 days to return. We don’t accept returns of any kind from international customers.

Our standard postage is £3.90 and sent direct from our HQ here in Accrington. This is a 48 hour tracked service and usually lands within 3-5 working days at the most. If you want your order a little quicker then we offer a 24 hour tracked option for £4.75. DHL Express UK – This is our premium service and is nearly always delivered the next working day after dispatch. Use this if you need something to arrive quickly or you just like DHL’s logo. It is fully tracked, insured and guaranteed. International – We use DHL and Royal Mail tracked international. DHL is usually much quicker and gets the goods to you in less than 5 working days anywhere in the world. Royal Mail uses your domestic mail carrier and as a result it can be quite a bit slower, however it is much cheaper. All international orders will most likely incur local taxes and duties, you as the customer are responsible for these. Should any packages be returned for non-payment of duties, the customer will be issued a refund minus the original cost of shipping, minus any additional costs imposed by the carrier.

All refunds are issued within 14 days of your package arriving back with us. If you have selected the credit note option it will become active within 24 hours.

First, drop us an email on ey.up@trickett-england.co.uk so that we can check stock and save it for you. Then write us a note or download the returns form letting us know what you want to exchange it for. All exchanges are free of charge for us to post to you for the first exchange.

Extremely secure… but we would say that wouldn’t we? We use all of the latest software and server security to make sure you can access the site securely. Our mates at Cloudflare make sure that there are no nasty viruses lurking on the site and guard it so that you can relax and get shopping.

In all honesty, probably not. We like to keep things nice and tight here at TRiCKETT and never over-produce things, because it is always nice to have things that nobody else does.
