My mate Joe in Napoli sent me an image of him having his beer at aperitivo and whilst I was insanely jealous, what I liked more was his choice of crisp. I saw these potato straw stocking put of a metal tin and made it my ambition in life to get them!
If you’ve ever wandered into a little Italian alimentari, you’ll probably have seen these stacked behind the counter. Nana Fiammiferi are wonderfully thin potato sticks, crisped to perfection and packed in a proper tin rather than a flimsy bag, which somehow makes them feel even more dangerous. These crisps are made in Spain and seasoned with some Italian exuberance, the two countries that very much know how to make crisps!
Ridiculously crunchy, perfectly salty and almost impossible to stop eating, they’re the sort of snack that starts with “I’ll just have a handful” before you realise half the tin has mysteriously vanished. Brilliant with a sandwich, an aperitivo or simply whilst pretending you’ll save some for later.
The only downside? Once you’ve finished them, you’ll spend the next week finding excuses to reuse the tin.

Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 12PM on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. All international orders are final, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
