When Napoli won their first ever scudetto, the city erupted into a sea of blue. People created banners and flags from anything that they had knocking around to celebrate this amazing achievement. One of the most striking things was the fact that Neapolitans painted their cars in the team colours and rode around on the outside of the car celebrating and singing in the streets. I was told by someone in the city that the city celebrated for over a week!!!
So with Napoli winning the league for the first time, I thought it only right to pay homage to the original Neapolitan scudetto partiers! Fans sat on the outside of a FIAT Panda, flying flags and enjoying life and for added excitement, the word TRiCKETT is on the door, just so you can tell people who made this wonderful t-shirt.
For every top that goes out of the door, we will be giving a donation to the San Gennaro foundation which is a wonderful charity set up by our mate Gaetano and his colleagues to protect local monuments, create educational environments and help to promote my favourite part of Napoli, Rione Sanita.
Like always our t-shirts come on our beautiful, buttery soft cotton and they are patiently screen printed by the fair hands of Jim and the gang in Huddersfield.
