Many hundreds of years ago (or so it seems), when I started TRiCKETT, I always knew that I wanted to make the perfect baseball cap in the USA and luckily for me, I have made quite a few. However, seeing as they have been missing from the shop for a couple of years, I decided to knuckle-down, get my thinking cap (sorry) on and get to work on getting some more in. I had heard ace things about this company in Missouri, so like always, we had a chat and got down to it.
Sandlot goods are a relative newcomer to the hat game, but the quality and shape of their ball caps is something that a veteran brand would’ve been producing for years. They are exactly how we like them, 6 panels, higher in the crown, horsehair reinforcement in the crown and a shapeable brim. This one comes in a super fabric called ‘Repreve’ which pulls plastic bottles from coastlines and turns it into fabric. The fabric is super-soft and feels amazing on your head, it is also surprisingly warm. The same fabric is used throughout the hat, with the exception of under the brim which is the classic green satin and is fastened with a leather adjuster at the back. The hats are finished with a felt navy blue ‘T’ to make everyone ask ‘What team is that?’ and then you say ‘Team TRiCKETT’ and they look really confused.
This is a hat that will last you years and years and is made by lovely, skilled people from a beautiful fabric. I don’t really think caps like this exist as much as they should do, but you know us, always bringing the good stuff. However, if you don’t plan on curving this brim (use the coffee can method) like a baseball player… we can’t be friends.

All orders are packed by us in house and sent from our HQ here in Accrington. If you spend £75 or more then, postage is on us, because we like you. Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 12PM on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. All international orders are final, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
