Deep in the winding streets and hidden wells of Naples lives the legend of Il Monaciello, the mischievous little monk spirit said to bring sudden fortune, vanish your missing socks, or pop up at the oddest moment when you least expect it.
We loved the idea of him so much that we asked our pal Salvatore in Napoli, the same artisan who makes our clay Padre Pio figures, to bring him to life in statue form. Each Monaciello is hand-shaped from clay and lovingly crafted in Salvatore’s studio in the Sanità district. After firing, he’s hand-painted by Salvatore, giving each little monk his own unique character and that unmistakable old-world charm.
This isn’t just decoration, it’s a piece of Neapolitan folklore for your home. Place him by the door, on a bookshelf or kitchen mantle and imagine that curious little sprite watching over you. Whether you believe in legends or just appreciate good craft, this statue makes a wonderful gift for anyone who likes a bit of magic, history, and charm in their space.

All orders are packed by us in house and sent from our HQ here in Accrington. If you spend £75 or more then, postage is on us, because we like you. Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 12PM on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. All international orders are final, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
