If you are lucky enough to live in Lancashire, then you are blessed by being surrounded by moors and they are everywhere. Some of those are pretty steep, especially when you have a bag full of Charlie Bigham’s ready meals and as a result you need a pair of socks that are more than capable of taking you from the bottom of the hill to the top with little or no fuss. So meet the Moor socks, fully cushioned, built like a sweatshirt and knitted from British wool.
The Moor socks are made in the UK by Ian and his wonderful team. The socks are like wearing a super heavy expensive sweatshirt on your feet, I don’t know how they do it, but you will know what I mean when you wear them. The socks are full terry knit which means that they have the same feel on your feet as a very nice Japanese terry sweatshirt that you can only get in VERY specific shops. This particular pair comes in a light and dark grey fleck which pretty much sums up the winter and summer skies of Accrington.
We have had prototypes of these for about 3 years and they do not even look like they have been worn, so I would say that with minimal care that they will last you a lifetime. However when I say that you will probably try and light a fire with them… so don’t do that.
They are finished off with a TRiCKETT logo on the foot and our brand new swanky band around the socks to make them look like something you would’ve got in a walking shop in Cumbria in 1973. So a pair of socks that will last years, feels like a sweatshirt and they are made in the UK. It is a yes from me, I will see you at the top of the hill.

All orders are packed by us in house and sent from our HQ here in Accrington. If you spend £75 or more then, postage is on us, because we like you. Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 12PM on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. All international orders are final, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
