Things I Liked This Week.

Équipement De Vie – Lemieux Suede Chestnut

Will I ever own a yacht? No. Will I own a pair of shoes that make it looks like I have a yacht? Yes. Brown suede, needless technology and they look a bit like those very expensive shoes that very wealthy people wear in the south of France and you think to yourself ‘I wonder where they get those from?’ and now you know. Available here.

America’s Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys

I love a bit of American sporting nostalgia and this is about as good as it gets. I am by no means the biggest Cowboys fan, but this series is beautifully put together and has inspired a lot of autumn/winter this year. Available on Netflix.

Sandlot Goods – LA Wool flat bill

My friend Scott brought me this back from the US a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t stopped wearing it. Unlike modern structured hats that can make you look a bit like a lost toddler at a Zoo, these US-made wool beauties shape to your head after about 6 wears. You need to be patient, but you get there… oh and they have the initials of my most favourite city in the world… which is never a bad thing. Available here.

Pret a Manger – Chocolate Frozen Croissants

They are incredibly poor value for money, defrost really quick and you have to bake them from frozen for 22 minutes, but by crikey are they worth it. Available at all good and bad supermarkets.

Lenor Outdoorable Fabric Conditioner – Capri

It doesn’t smell like the Amalfi coast, but it does smell really good and will make your TRiCKETT t-shirts extra lovely, so you should probably get some just for that. Available at all good and bad supermarkets.
