In 2016 we released our original Zoff jumper. The design had been replicated by different companies in the past, but whether it was the cut, the fabric or a lack of attention to detail, nobody seemed to do it right. We decided to do it justice and make our own. Much to our surprise, they sold out in 15 minutes.

We probably get 3 or 4 emails a month asking us to restock the Zoff, and seeing as this is our 10th anniversary year, we thought that now would be as good a time as ever to bring this beauty back. For the 2023 version, we wanted to make it look and feel more like a jumper, whilst still retaining all of the elements that make our Zoff jumper so sought-after… and I personally think we cracked it.

The jumpers are made in Scotland by Stuart and his team, using an unbelievably soft lambswool yarn. We have had these yarns custom-dyed to ensure an accurate replication of what the big man wore on the pitch, which was no mean feat. The jumper comes with ribbed cuffs in Italian blue and a ribbed collar in the same shade, giving a knowing nod to the famous jersey… which incidentally was made from wool. The hem is ribbed to give the piece more of a ‘jumper’ feel, but feel free to tuck it into your shorts should you be needed to keep goal in the World Cup final in 1982.

After much debate, we decided to supply the jumper with the Italia badge loose, so that you can choose whether you want to look like you are ready to take to the field of play or whether you are in training. There are several images of Dino training in this short without the badge and was only ever seen on the pitch wearing the top with the shield crest. We have also discounted the jumpers by £6 so that if you want to pay for someone to sew it on for you, you can do.

I have worn this with jeans, tracksuit bottoms and even had it on under a suit recently and in every situation it just seems to work. So, whether you are keeping goal, keeping warm or keeping up appearances, our Zoff jumper is the first name you’ll need on your sartorial team sheet.
