Super Heavy Sweatshirt – Princess Trickett

Our super heavy sweatshirts have a cult following and there are loads of reasons as to why that is (which we will list below), but before we do anything else, let’s drink in that colour… lovely. This particular shade pays homage to my sister, Helen, who was the first person I knew to care about clothes, music and getting dressed up for a night out… even if she did start going out down Accy when she was 14. Helen is more dedicated to the colour pink than anyone that I know, with her having at least one piece of her favourite colour on at all times… even at work! This version of pink got her nod of approval and we loved it too, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Our sweatshirts are made from a custom-milled 580gsm, peached fabric which has a brushed back for extra snuggliness. If you aren’t a fabric geek like me, what that basically translates to is that it is well heavy and really soft. The seams on the sweatshirt are 3 needle flat-locked which means there is no irritation and it looks like those dead expensive Japanese sweatshirts. There is a ribbed neck, cuffs and hem with ribbed side panels for when you just can’t resist that extra pint or taco. The top is then finished with herringbone twill at the back of the neck and for those people who have been with us for a long time you will notice we have gone back to the TRiCKETT aesthetic of 2012. There is no external branding on this sweatshirt at all so that your lovely face and personality can do that shouting and not the brand. We made this change after we received feedback from long standing members of team TRiCKETT wanting less branding, so that is exactly we did because we like to listen.

Our sweatshirts are made in Portugal by the Queen of jersey, Anabela and her team. These beauties are made to our exact specifications all under the watchful eye of our mate Filipe. If he is happy, then you know that you have a cracking sweat. Portugal is renowned for their expertise in jersey manufacturing and we think that our sweatshirts really show this off.

Ideal for 4 season wear, manufactured beautifully, a wonderful colour and no branding, I think we have a winner.
