Before you think I have run out of names for things and named things after my grandma (I still miss my grandma’s potato pie), ‘nana’ is Japanese for number seven. In fact the number 7 is one of the luckiest numbers in Japanese culture and is associated with good luck, fortune and happiness. Some even say this is one of the main reasons as to why David Beckham was so popular out there… I digress.
This wonderful, nifty little incense holder is made by incense masters Shoyeido and is the perfect way to burn their very slim and powerful incense sticks. The holder can be used in many different ways depending on how you like to burn your sticks and even comes with an instruction manual if you need some help.
It is made from solid brass and has the Shoyeido logo stamped into it, just for it to look extra elegant. So if you need a gift for someone (or yourself) who likes incense, Japan, the number 7 or just likes beautifully packaged stuff then Nana is for you.
100% brass
Made in Japan.
