You may not know, but pens are a bit of a TRiCKETT fetish, not in a weird channel 4 documentary way though. Having a decent writing instrument in your pocket shows that you are a person of taste and decadence.
Caran d’Ache are some of the best pen makers in the world and have been making art supplies and things to write with since 1915. This beauty is their iconic 849 model and is comfortably my favourite pen ever – the weight, the quality and the clip, it is just perfect.
I showed the pink version of this off in a recent Instagram video and I think I had about 15 messages asking where I got it from, well now you can get it from here. This colourway is ‘Iain’s favourite pen’ which is an illuminous pink (I love the colour pink) and it’s bright enough that I never forget it when I am leaving the office.
Maybe you will be lucky enough for someone to buy a Swiss-made watch or even a Swiss-made bar of chocolate (Toblerone please message about a collab), but if you are really lucky, someone super special will buy you one of these lovely pens and you’ll use it every day just like me… and maybe temporarily lose it on a bus in Paris.

All orders are packed by us in house and sent from our HQ here in Accrington. Next Working Day is Monday - Friday only. If your order is placed after 12PM on a Friday or over the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day and due for the delivery the following working day after that.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their parcel to return it back to us. To be refundable, all products must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition. All international orders are final, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
