Big Shop Bag

Sometimes a tote bag just isn’t big enough. So you go to the back of your cupboard, pull out a crumpled supermarket ‘bag for life’ and discover that’s also not big enough for whatever you need to carry. We decided to solve this problem and produced our ‘Big Shop’ bag.

Part of being a grown up is shopping for food and other household essentials. It isn’t fun, but it needs doing. Forgetting to take enough bags with you to the supermarket seems to be a regular occurrence and the idea of spending 5p on a plastic bag is an affront to your core values. We think that just having one bag which does it all is the way forward. It also means that you don’t need to act like buckaroo when carrying the shopping into the house, using every limb to balance bags upon.

Our bags are made from a SUPER heavy duty canvas, which will get better and better with each use. There is no seam at the bottom for added strength and there are two sturdy handles to make sure that your bag doesn’t rip when you are using it… unlike other bags. These beauties are made here in Accrington by Nikki and her team and they are then printed by Jim in Huddersfield. Obviously, the fact that the bags are sewn in Accrington makes them 10% better.

Some of our pals use them for carrying wool to their posh log burners, my mum uses it for packing up picnics and I use it for taking parcels to the post office. Whatever you use yours for, it will be more than up to the task, so get using it!
