Bear with me, as this all sounds a bit weird. I first met Alex last year when I was in a bar in Napoli asking him about where the best pasta in the city came from. We had a drink or two, established that the best pasta is made by Setaro and then he told me about his photography project.

Religione Monoteistica is the culmination of years of work by Alessandro Tione who has an intimate knowledge of all the best murals, images and icons of Maradona across the city of Napoli. In his new zine, Alex has curated a wonderful selection of images which perfectly depict the dedication to football and adoration of Maradona that the people of Napoli share. We are the only shop outside of Naples to get the first edition of the book, so if you want one, act quick!
