I love a baseball cap! Being follically challenged, a cap has very quickly become an important part of my wardrobe and finding really good ones has become increasingly difficult (not to mention expensive) recently. So I thought I would do all of the hard work for you and create a great hat, for a great price, which is also made in America… seems fair to me.

Our caps are made from a 100% wool navy blue fabric that comes from the wonderful people at Pendleton woollen mills in Portland, Oregon. The melton wool from this particular mill is generally regarded as some of the finest on planet Earth, so we really aren’t messing about when it comes to our main ingredient. Under the visor there is a green wool/polyester mix that was a traditional part of baseball caps for years, this was intended to reduce glare off the field and it looked really nice too. The back of the hat is finished with a premium brass buckle and leather strap for a custom fit with a grommet for you to house any excess leather.

The shape is a traditional ‘full’ cut which suits pretty much all head shapes. Having a massive head myself I know how difficult it is to find hats that fit well and in this I really think we have. So I would declare this as a ‘one size fits most’, so you can get one without fear of returning it.

This hat comes with our made up baseball team logo to the front. Oaky is seen on the front carrying his two Accrington NORI bricks in his hand, looking menacing. I like it when logos look a bit like an authentic baseball team, but they really aren’t. This logo is inspired by the creativity and amazing team names as seen in minor league baseball at the moment, a personal favourite are the El Paso Chihuahuas.

The hats are made for us in the USA by Joseph and his team. All the seams are bound inside with every little detail done to the very highest of standards. When you have one of these on your head, you barely notice it’s there, which can only be a good thing. All this for just £30 seems like a bit of a bargain to me, so treat yourself, you won’t regret it.
