Whatever your sport, you always need someone barking the orders at you. Sometimes they are truly great, most of the time they are the ones to lend you an ear and help you to develop, then there are just some pretty terrible ones. However, these people are probably the most important person in any team. Always there to take the blame or stand by their decisions.

Whatever the weather they stand there on the training pitch, scribbling notes, screaming and sometimes grinning when they see things that no-one else does. This is what inspired us to make the coach jacket, a robust piece of equipment that will be there for you when you need it most. No matter the size of your squad, be they on a pitch training hard or sleeping under your roof, be good out there coach.
